I'm looking for a male roommate for a 1-year lease starting July 11th (can be somewhat flexible with your move-in date but you will have to sign the lease as well).
Apartment:
Biltmore Plaza (155 E. 29th St; intersection of 3rd Ave and 29th St), 2-bedroom apartment on the 33rd floor with a great view of the Empire State. Your room rent will be $1, 625. However, if you like the bigger room, you can take that for $1, 925. I am flexible. NO BROKER FEE INVOLVED. This is a very good deal for the location and actual apartment which is newly renovated with new appliances. You can see more pictures/details of the building by a simple google search.
